Role Description
This is a Full time on-site role for a Project Manager at Threadcraft Engineering, Inc. (TEI) located in Raleigh, NC. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting projects, managing logistics, coordinating inspections, and overseeing project management tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple construction projects remotely, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, manage documentation, and streamline workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
- Review and approve contracts, change orders, and invoices.
- Conduct virtual and occasional on-site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
