We are hiring a Marketing Project Manager to join a top entertainment company in Orlando, FL. This freelance position will run for 12 months with potential to extend and will be based onsite Monday to Thursday and Friday remote.


Responsibilities:


  • Manager aspects of our social media marketing projects, ensuring their timely and effective delivery
  • Facilitate project plans with timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Oversee and coordinate various aspects of project execution to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
  • Analyze team bandwidth and shift campaigns/media plans as needed.
  • Analyze project performance and report key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Communicate with partners and team members and ensure alignment with project progress.
  • Identify risks and create mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, specifically in social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of paid social media advertising strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
