Project Manager (Rebranding & Data Coordination)
Location: Hybrid, Downtown Nashville
Type: Contract/Full-Time - 12 months
LHH is partnering with a healthcare client in Nashville to find a Project Manager to support a major division-wide rebranding initiative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, has strong data coordination experience, and understands how to navigate complex marketing projects across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage Excel sheets used by 5-6 cross-functional teams conducting regular updates to data
- Manage rebranding tasks aligning location-specific details with company's brand standards
- Analyze survey results and make actionable recommendations
- Help guide stakeholders through marketing and operational projects with clarity and structure
- Collaborate with teams to understand current marketing needs and guide them through project phases
- Provide structure and strategy to ongoing initiatives while ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Project Management or Consulting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excel (formulas) and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience presenting to and collaborating with VP-level stakeholders
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and shifting priorities as needed
- Experience working in the healthcare industry is a major plus
Pay Details: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
