Project Manager

Our client is a leading firm specializing in commercial construction projects, committed to delivering exceptional quality and value. We are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Manager to join their team and lead their exciting projects to successful completion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, manage costs, and resolve any issues or delays. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Prepare and present regular project reports and updates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree a plus - Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field experience required Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and safety standards. Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in MS Suite, Excel Project, SAGE 100 Accounting, Bluebeam. - Heavy Excel based. Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000 based on relevant experience
