This role works directly with the Managing Partner of Carta's Stakeholder Alignment Group - a growing 7-person team who has managed 100+ engagements and is currently managing 35 consulting engagements. Responsibilities Client Service / Service Delivery - Manage client engagements, deliver stakeholder alignment services (partnering, risk assessment, other advisory services). Business Development - Executive meetings, evaluating opportunities for Carta, proposal development, managing stakeholder alignment risk. Management - Key manager of core processes; managing junior staff. Business leadership - help grow a small business; new product development; participate in business and strategic planning. Bachelors degree required 5+ years of construction, real estate, consulting, or related industry experience Jobsite, project development, and experience with construction project stakeholders preferred for understanding of construction business, systems, risks, and culture. Strong written and verbal communicator Experience working with senior level leadership Highly organized, with positive, solution-oriented attitude and ownership mentality Must be able to work with ambiguity and a fast pace of change
