Job Role Responsibilities:

My client is seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Project Manager to take the lead on high-profile projects for a luxury client. The role involves managing projects from concept to completion developing a team within a business unit that delivers across the UK and Europe. This is a leadership position with scope for departmental growth and strategic contribution.

• Manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain ownership of client relationships.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and senior leadership to support project execution.
• Plan, forecast, quote, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead projects from initial client briefing to on-site installation.
• Work alongside internal production teams and external partners to bring concepts to life.
• Travel to project sites in the UK and internationally as required.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all phases of assigned projects.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
• Independently estimate project costs and resources.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and ongoing success of the business

The Candidate:

• Strong experience in retail display project management
• Solid commercial acumen with a strong understanding of project profitability and client value.
• In-depth knowledge of materials and production processes used in high-end displays.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships at a high level.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Previous work with luxury fashion brands is a significant advantage.
