Job Title: Project Manager

A growing globalmanufacturer based in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Project Manager to join our expanding team. This role is key to ensuring high-impact projects and prototype orders move from initiation to completion smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Salary: $45,000 $60,000/year (based on experience) Key Responsibilities:
•   Manage assigned high-risk or high-impact projects from start to completion
•   Assess customer requirements to identify efficient and cost-effective manufacturing methods
•   Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs); provide cost estimates and explore cost-saving alternatives
•   Lead selected programs and prototype production runs; track engineering and program changes
•   Coordinate with internal departments, customers, sales staff, and suppliers to meet project goals
•   Ensure production is fully informed and equipped to take over the project
•   Support a smooth transfer from project development to manufacturing Qualifications:
•   High school diploma or equivalent required
•   Minimum 3 years of project management experience required
•   Experience in screen printing or related manufacturing industry preferred Key Skills:
•   Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
•   Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
•   Ability to manage multiple complex projects and conflicting priorities
•   High level of organization and independent problem-solving
