We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager specializing in Real Estate and Business Operations in the Multi-unit investment industry. This exciting role will involve managing diverse real estate projects, specifically focusing on multi-unit apartment renovations. If you have a solid background in project management systems, construction management, and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you. This is a permanent position requiring at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a variety of real estate projects, with a focus on multi-unit apartment renovations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will achieve the desired results.
• Use project management systems to track progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to senior management.
• Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and implement improvements for future projects.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the real estate sector.
• Proven experience in managing multi-unit apartment renovations.
• Proficient in project management systems and software.
• Solid understanding of construction management processes and principles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the real estate industry.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
