This exciting role will involve managing diverse real estate projects, specifically focusing on multi-unit apartment renovations. If you have a solid background in project management systems, construction management, and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you. This is a permanent position requiring at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Lead and manage a variety of real estate projects, with a focus on multi-unit apartment renovations.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will achieve the desired results.
- Use project management systems to track progress, manage risks and issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to senior management.
- Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and implement improvements for future projects.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in managing multi-unit apartment renovations.
- Proficient in project management systems and software.
- Solid understanding of construction management processes and principles.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the real estate industry.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
