We are seeking a highly organized and driven Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle management of complex internal and external projects-from initiation and planning to execution and closeout. This role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination and timely project delivery, reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager and partnering closely with all departments at SLS.
What You'll Do:
  • Review, understand, and enforce the use of Scopes of Work (SOW) for all projects.
  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Manage technicians and engineers site visit schedules, ensure that we have POs for services being performed and that the engineers and technicians have all pertinent information prior to going on site.
  • Add site surveys/installation questionnaires to corresponding project for technician and engineering visibility
  • Schedule site survey/installation questionnaire reviews prior to installations.
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure synchronized delivery in alignment with project milestones.
  • Run and manage customer and internal project kickoff and cadence calls
  • Gather, document, and manage detailed customer project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project tools such as Project Workbooks, timelines, and status updates.
  • Generate and manage project documentation including templates, schedules, and communication plans.
  • Drive resolution of project issues, conduct root cause analysis, and incorporate lessons learned into future initiatives.
  • Proactively manage project risks and escalate issues as appropriate to mitigate delays or impacts.
  • Oversee partner project queues and align internal resources to meet deliverables.
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ Years of Project Management
  • 3+ Years of Experience in the RFID Industry preferred
  • Some experience with RFID Software
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing priorities and multitask effectively.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Project, Word, Excel and Outlook
