Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Drive strategic engineering programs by defining scope, goals, and success metrics while managing schedules, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to execute projects, align priorities, and facilitate communication while resolving blockers.
- Candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment while working with driving engineers' team across the globe which will require refractional maturity work with senior leaders
- Standardize workflows and best practices. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program status. Maintain Real Time dashboards and status reports for stakeholders.
- Manage program budget management processes including forecast and actual spend tracking (OPEX, CAPEX, COGS, Discretionary etc.).
- Prepare and present program status reports including insights on risks and opportunities.
- Develop high impact communications for executives, managers and organization-wide audiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years experience with Engineering Operations Management
- Minimum 3+ years experience with Strong Communication Skills ( Ability to write clear, concise, and structured documentation Tailoring content for different audiences Excellent grammar, tone, and readability )
- Minimum 3+ years experience with Data analysis
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale programs across engineering teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- PMP certification and relevant process certifications (Six Sigma, Lean) are preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights
Preferred:
- A master's degree in Engineering Management or an MBA is a plus.
- Experienced in managing complex programs for large engineering teams.
- Process-oriented mindset with proven experience in process improvement.
- Strong financial acumen in analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proactive problem solver who identifies process challenges and drives improvements.
- Skilled in driving business results through cross-group collaboration and partnerships.
