Exciting Project Manager opportunity for a high quality fit out and refurbishment company focusing on commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.
About the role of Project Manager:
Working on a high end hotel in Hertfordshire, focusing on the fit out of a conference room, bar, flexible office space and gym refurbishment.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Playing an active part in running programme & delivery on site
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to site staff
- Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Happy to work in Southern Hertfordshire with the intention of future London projects
- Experience working on projects valued up to 5 million
- CAT A, CAT B and commercial fit out experience
- Individuals who have come through Tier 1 or Tier 2 training programmes
