As a Project Manager partnering with Aquent, you'll be at the heart of innovative marketing initiatives for a Fortune 500 insurance company, collaborating with a dynamic Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) team. You'll orchestrate projects across multiple business units, ensuring seamless execution and delivery across all channels. This exciting Project Manager role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of marketing projects from inception to completion. Working with a collaborative team, you'll oversee all aspects of project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and cross-functional team alignment. Your ability to navigate a fast-paced environment and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards will be key to your success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day project management for diverse marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless communication and integration between EIM team members, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of integrated marketing projects across all channels, including creative, web, email, social, print, and video.
  • Drive the progress of medium-to-high complexity marketing initiatives from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and manage detailed program plans and project timelines for marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure clear objectives, deliverables, and deadlines are established and met.
  • Effectively manage resources to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks or challenges to project success.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring all project requirements and objectives are understood and met.
  • Keep key stakeholders informed of project status and progress.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment within the EIM team and with cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or advertising environment. 2 years of project management experience required.
  • Intermediate-level project management skills, including experience managing multiple, concurrent projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex project schedules and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of creative development, digital marketing, omnichannel planning, and program management.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management software/tools.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5 years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing others and/or project teams.
  • Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, CSM).
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.04 to $50.05 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
