Position- Project Manager
Location- Harrisburg, PA (Remote)
Duration- 5 Month

Note- Remote with flexibility to travel onsite if the client requests an in-person meeting.

Description:
  • Provide any other generalized or specific observation relevant to this project.
  • Prepares bi-weekly reports and submits them to the OGC Deputy Chief of Staff.
  • Submit hours worked explicitly for this Project up to the maximum of 37.5 hours per week.
  • This is an hourly position and only active hours on this project will be approved.
  • Responsible for scheduling work, distinguishing between effective and ineffective.

  • Documenting current process and ways to improve it via future solicitationof the new legal case management system SaaS
  • Attending agency briefings to understand user needs and business requirementsfor a complete understanding of current system and business processes and gather information on future needs.
  • Meet with staff to understand the business and programmatic processes.
  • Capture each step of the business process workflows, reporting, and analysis for each agency Works with employees and business process owners to understand all process steps.
  • Leads the agency in identifying business requirements for a new legal case management system and manages the process of selecting a new service.
  • Develops evaluation criteria for the SaaS proposals by various vendors.
  • Identifies possible software companies, schedules software demonstrations, and reviews available services.
  • Implementation of new legal case management system SaaS
  • Works with the selected SaaS vendor to implement software, including developingand conducting end-user training
  • Works with internal and external stakeholders, including OGC senior leadership,OA IT,and SaaS vendor to troubleshoot internal issues and escalate as appropriate.
  • Develops policies and procedures related to SaaS solution; creates online userguides and desk manuals, FAQs, and standard operating procedures. Responsible
  • for the ongoing creation of process documentation for use by all system users toinclude setup for any customized configurations within the system at each site.
  • Develops a communication strategy for affected employees, training, and ongoingsupport under the new software.
  • As new standards are developed, provides updated training manuals, and develops and conduct trainings when needed.
  • Evaluate post implementation Conduct evaluation of new legal case management system for improvements and continue to monitor and troubleshoot issues as they occur.
Required/Desired Skills:
  • Project Management Professional Certification.
  • Experience in project management techniques from pre to post implementation of new software Develop analysis models to inform business decisions experience.
  • Develop a PowerPoint presentation of report findings, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Experience with government solicitation processes.
