Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead key digital and IT initiatives. This role will focus on establishing best practices in project management while driving the successful delivery of critical projects. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in vendor management, capable of translating business needs into actionable projects, and will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will oversee project planning, risk management, change management, and vendor relationships, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within scope, and in line with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business needs into viable delivery projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans and schedules throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to drive project success.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize information for project updates, reports, and trend analysis.
  • Schedule and facilitate project and program meetings, ensuring timely and productive discussions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and escalations effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead project change management, from initiation through to implementation, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Facilitate agile planning and workshops, ensuring continuous alignment and progress throughout the project.
  • Engage in collaborative problem-solving and idea generation within and beyond the project team.
  • Oversee vendor management, ensuring that external partners meet expectations and contribute to the success of digital and IT projects.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least five years of relevant experience in project and program management, with a strong focus on IT and Digital Services.
  • Proven experience managing vendor relationships and overseeing the onboarding process of external partners, including integration projects.
  • In-depth understanding of IT systems and the technical landscape associated with digital transformations.
  • Strong experience in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Project Management certification required (PMP, Six Sigma, or similar).
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate constructive conversations at all levels of the organization.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality project and program management services, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Skilled in launching new products and services, with the ability to manage and guide vendors through the process.
  • Ability to support stakeholders with documentation, guidance, and mentoring throughout project lifecycles.
  • Experience working in a diverse, collaborative team environment.
