POSITION: PROJECT MANAGER
POSITION DUTIES: Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction and remodeling projects activities to meet deadlines. Estimate the cost of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors; ensuring all areas of an estimate and buyout are covered. Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports. Inspect and ensure that work is in compliance with construction plans, designs and specifications, and with building codes. Prepare presentations and proposals. Confer with clients, architects, interior designers, and clients at preconstruction and construction meetings about construction and remodeling projects. Make recommendations about construction materials, contractors, and changes in construction or remodeling plans as needed. Reviews structural, electrical, mechanical, and interior plans and designs to direct and coordinate the execution of projects. Operate Autocad, Revit, Sketch Up, Vray, and other design software to produce or modify designs, working drawings, charts, forms, and records.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor s Degree in Construction or Architecture or foreign degree equivalent, and 6 months of experience on the job.
