A highly rated and award-winning architectural, engineering, and interior design firm is seeking a full-time Project Manager to oversee the coordination and execution of multidisciplinary design projects from start to finish. This position involves serving as the firm's primary liaison with clients and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning and managing scope, schedule, and budget while upholding the firm's standards for quality, communication, and performance.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage large-scale projects including Senior Living, Multi-Family, Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care Facilities-both new construction and renovations on a national scale.
  • Take ownership of project schedule, budget, and overall execution, taking necessary steps to maintain timelines and cost controls.
  • Prepare weekly updates, project reports, and schedules; attend and lead project meetings; coordinate design and technical reviews.
  • Perform quality assurance audits and ensure quality control procedures are properly executed.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure all project drawings meet or exceed expectations.
  • Oversee construction administration services in alignment with contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal architecture, engineering, and interior design teams to drive consistent results and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  • Licensed Architect in the State of Florida preferred, not required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior management roles.
  • 10+ years of experience working on AHCA projects.
  • 10+ years of experience in multifamily design and construction.
  • 15+ years of experience in large-scale senior living, skilled nursing, healthcare, assisted living, and independent living projects.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead internal teams and manage complex, multi-phase projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
  • Strong working knowledge of contract management, scheduling milestones, and deliverables.
