Project Manager (Contact Center)
Duration: 12+ months Contract
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
Project management delivery - lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple, concurrent contact center technology projects and enhancements
Define scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, resources, and budget
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with business and technology
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and actuals across initiatives
Monitor and manage resource allocation across projects
Identify capacity gaps
Provide updates on project status, milestones, risks, and issues to stakeholders and executive leadership
Identify potential risks and issues; implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
Review and manage vendor deliverables
