Encore Talent Solutions has partnered with a client in search of a Project Manager with warehousing and material handling industry experience on a contract-to-hire basis. We are seeking a Project Manager who has experience managing and deploying software development teams.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, focusing on software development and controls engineering.
  • Build strong customer relationships to align solutions with their business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, providing status updates.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, especially in software and controls engineering.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, focused on customer success.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project & Suite).
