POSITION OVERVIEW: The Project Manager is responsible for the entire project, including but not limited to order fulfillment process, management of customer orders from order entry point through punch list, providing support to sales personnel, accurate and timely service to our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Customer Service: • Communicate with customers regarding order status, the scheduling of orders for delivery/installation, and punch list resolution.
• Provide clarifications and answers for customers' questions regarding order issues.
Pre-Project Planning: • Learn and understand product solutions and applications.
• Develop specifications utilizing CAP 2020.
• Develop workstation typicals and specifications with A&D firms and manufacturer reps.
• Prepare competitive technical solutions for Bid Responses.
• Generate an accurate bill of materials for order management.
Order Preparation: • Assist sales/project personnel in pricing, product research, and technical order information (C.O.M. requirements, customer requirements, etc.).
• Assist sales with the preparation of the client quotation, and review quotes and prints for presentations to clients.
• Review and proof orders for basic information (ship to, bill to, contract number, etc.), accuracy, and completeness.
• Enter orders into the Core system, follow through the life cycle of project.
Sales Order Management: • Disperse order information to appropriate internal and external personnel (sales staff, operations, customer, etc.).
• Review receiving information from field operations and verify to order.
• Resolve discrepancies before cost approval and sending of payables, and enter receiving information into Core system.
• Invoice customer for product delivered and work performed; verify invoice amounts and balance to customer's purchase order.
Project and Account Coordination: • Prepare work order packets and delivery packets for operations; provide schedule information to dispatcher.
• Initiate service quotes for deliveries, day-to-day business, and major projects.
• Initiate and oversee deliveries and small installations; provide order management on all work, including large projects.
• Analyze order requirements and scope of work; request service and installation pricing.
• Interface with factory on order status, current lead times, reservations of manufacturing for future project orders, special requirements, etc.
• Communicate with customers on schedule of work; oversee delivery and installation completion.
File Control: • Maintain master design sales order and work order files, ensuring files are complete and up to date with all revisions.
Requirements
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
• 2+ years of proven work experience in project management or project management support.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, or an industry-related field.
• Knowledge of commercial furniture solutions is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Enterprise resource planning (ERP), and an enthusiasm for learning new software programs.
• Excellent communication skills: Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions, writes clearly and informatively.
• High-level analytical thinking expertise: thoughtful analysis and problem-solving skills, effective decision-making, leadership competencies, execute tasks efficiently and calmly, lead completion of multiple tasks and deadlines, and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, internal team members, and vendor partners to manage expectations and ensure a positive client experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remember the details of each project and scope of work.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The hiring compensation range for this position is a base salary of $55,000-72,500. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
