Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 per year
A bit about us:We are looking for a Project Manager for our Pittsburgh office with experience in commercial projects for our small projects division. Experience should be on projects valued from $100K - $10 million in both new construction and renovations. Job Details- 5+ years of experience
- Well versed in Procore or other project management software
- Experience with interpretation of drawings, scope narratives and civil/geotechnical reports
- Working knowledge of RFI's, Submittals and other construction documents
- Negotiate with Contractors and Suppliers
- Experience in commercial retail construction
- Estimating experience is a plus.
