Project Manager

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-Accredited Program
2. Competent in AutoCAD Civil 3D
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. 8+ years of relevant experience
5. Licensed professional engineer, strongly preferred

Main Job Roles

1. Land Planning/ Site Layout
2. Review water, sanitary sewer, paving, grading, drainage, and erosion control designs
3. Oversee stormwater models and calculation reports
4. Provide technical engineering guidance and mentoring
5. Manage project budgets and permitting schedules
6. Supervise and develop a design team
7. Lead communication with permitting entities, sub-consultants, clients, and contractors
8. Prepare client project proposals
9. Negotiate and secure client project contracts
10. Forecast project workload for a small design team
11. Deliver excellence and delight on client projects
