Qualifications: Law and Legal Document Preparation Skills Strong communication and research skills Document review expertise Experience in the legal field Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field Salary Range: AD107 $69,732 to $101,732 Summary: The Manager of Projects/Programs manages key district projects and programs. The responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects/programs on time within budget and within scope. Oversees all aspects of projects/programs. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects/programs. Prepares reports regarding the status of the projects and programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensures resource availability and allocation. Develops a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measures performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques. Manages the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders. Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/vendors. Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation. Delegates project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. Tracks project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Meets budgetary objectives and makes adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis. Develops comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members. Uses and continually develops leadership skills. Attends trainings as required to maintain proficiency in skills. Develops spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs. Essential Functions/Qualifications/Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required with a minimum five years (5) experience at a higher level supervisory position. Ten years professional experience in a technology oriented area with supervisory experience can be substituted for a degree.
