A well-established commercial general contractor, recognized among the
ENR Top 400 Contractors, is seeking an experienced
Project Manager to join their Atlanta-based team. This position focuses on
ground-up hospitality/hotel construction and offers a long-term opportunity with a firm that values team collaboration, flexibility, and strong leadership.
Key Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (required).
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Direct experience managing hotel or hospitality projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, buyout, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits: - Salary Range: Competitive, based on experience
- Bonus Program: Annual bonuses based on both individual and company performance
