Job Description:
The Project Manager will lead large-scale global projects with a strong focus on user experience. This role involves partnering with stakeholders to determine needs, define and plan project scope, and ensure adherence to the project plan. The Project Manager will identify, document, and address change management and governance issues, facilitate information-gathering sessions, and advocate for improvements in systems, procedures, processes, and tools. Additionally, the role includes building document templates, developing training materials, and contributing to an overarching project management strategy that supports business objectives. The Project Manager will present and report project information to the management team periodically, gather all project information, support the project team by tracking work, maintain document control, and ensure projects are delivered on time. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in various time zones is essential.

- Infrastructure knowledge, previous experience as an Infrastructure Engineer is advantageous.
- Experience with client-side technologies (Windows 10, Thin Client), cloud-based technologies (O365, Exchange Online, AWS, Azure), Data Centers, information security projects, and managing proof of concept projects to full production.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
Attendance Requirements:
- Must take calls to accommodate global time zones (early mornings and late evenings).
- Must come into the Atlanta office a minimum of 4 days per week.
