Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects, specifically in the water treatment plant industry, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. This role involves managing project objectives, policies, and financial activities, while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards.
- Plan, organize, and staff key field positions.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets.
- Oversee financial aspects of contracts and maintain accurate forecasting.
- Manage procurement of labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts.
- Act as liaison between clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
Qualifications:
- 4-year engineering degree or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience building treatment plants with a general contractor and self-performing projects
- 7+ years of experience in construction, design, and project management.
- Proven ability to manage contracts up to $15 million.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license.
