Project Manager
Lead the project core team and be accountable for all aspects of the development and execution of the project throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with our project management processes, procedures and tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for project success ensuring the project team develops, monitors and controls the scope, schedule, cost, quality and performance requirements.
- Ensures Project Charter has been developed and approved.
- Leads the development of the governance structure and requirements for the project.
- Leads the development of the core team roles and responsibilities, adjusting and communicating as appropriate.
- Leads and manages the project core team throughout all stages of the project.
- Manages team member performance and adjusts as necessary.
- Leads the development of the scope of work, project execution plan, acceptance criteria, and other project plans and documents.
- Responsible for leading core team meetings and other project related meetings as needed.
- Responsible for providing regular project status reports that include information on safety performance, scope changes, budget performance, schedule performance, and upcoming milestones.
- Leads development of the stage gate (and funding) approval documents and is accountable for obtaining appropriate approval.
- Maintains the set of records that support project decisions, approvals, changes, and other important project documents.
- Accountable for ensuring the Pre Startup Safety Review and Management of Change (MOC) processes are accomplished.
- Coordinates the closing of the project with Accounting and other CPC departments.
- Accountable for facilitating and capturing Lessons Learned throughout the project that includes uploading to the appropriate repository.
- Supports commercial team in representing company with external partners.
- Support Director in the reviewing, updating and management of company project management processes, procedures and tools.
This is a 6-month contract role in Alpharetta. Work a hybrid schedule, onsite 3x per week (Monday/Tues/Thurs).

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Enterprise experience
- Excellent experience in project management process optimization, change management, and operational excellence
- Ability to leverage data, engineering, and automation to drive business outcomes using emerging technologies such as Cloud, Agile, DevSecOps, Prompt Engineering, and AI-powered tools
- PMP
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills
