Job DetailsResponsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
3. Develop and manage detailed project plans, including resource allocation, time management, and cost control.
4. Review and interpret blueprints and project plans to understand the scope of work and deliverables.
5. Implement and oversee contract management and quality control procedures.
6. Lead and manage a team, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
7. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
8. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards and regulations are met.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
4. Proficiency in contract management, quality control, cost control, strategic planning, team leadership, communication, time management, resource allocation, construction estimating, safety management, and blueprint reading.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
