The Project Manager III will oversee project management and program coordination for strategic initiatives. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and involves managing critical projects that support the product roadmaps, development, launches, and marketing efforts. The position ensures alignment with market demands, technology trends, and competitive landscapes while providing hands-on leadership in project execution. This position supports our Commercial Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA. Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, timing, and deliverables ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead cross-functional project teams, collaborating with product management, engineering, manufacturing, and other key stakeholders throughout the product life cycle. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including deliverables, schedules, and key dependencies. Identify, communicate, and mitigate potential risks, escalating issues and recommending solutions to ensure project success. Ensure adherence of programs and project management practices and contribute to process improvements. Provide regular updates and feedback to teams and senior leadership on project progress, outcomes, and challenges. Support portfolio management by tracking project schedules and coordinating activities from concept to deployment. Assist in resource planning and recommend strategies to meet project needs. Contribute to the adoption of productivity tools and process enhancements to improve team efficiency. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management, focusing on manufactured products, product development, and engineering. Strong knowledge of product development processes, including design, costing, manufacturing, sourcing, and commercialization. Experience managing multiple timelines and deadlines, including leading product or project management teams. Proficiency with Product Data Management systems and relevant software such as MS Office Suite. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and develop shared business processes with department leaders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated success working in a matrixed team environment. 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years of experience managing programs, preferably related to product marketing and engineering. 3+ years of experience leading teams. Experience with Clarity PPM or other project management tools. HOW TO STAND OUT MBA or Master's Degree in Engineering, or a related field. HVAC or Water Heating Application Experience Experience with business planning, data analysis, process analysis and design, and use case analysis. Proven track record of successful business/functional analysis and project management on dynamic cross-competency teams.
