Project Manager II
Keystone Engineering Group, Inc. is a Professional Engineering Firm and Systems Integrator with 25+ years of experience in Design and Design-Build services for Water, Wastewater, and private industries. We have five offices located in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Northeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Lewes Delaware, and Seaford Delaware.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in project management in water / wastewater industry
Strong understanding of I&C systems and control technologies used in water / wastewater treatment facilities
Advanced understanding of instrumentation and controls in water / wastewater
Possess strong interpersonal skills, approachability in demeanor, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities, including managing challenging or complex interactions
Comfortable reading and understanding engineering and construction drawings, and standard specifications
Knowledge in using AutoCAD electrical and libraries
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks, and show close attention to detail
Ability to work with strict and competing deadlines on an ongoing basis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination and execution of projects
Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets and resource allocation
Cultivate positive working relationships with our clients and team members
Manage client relationships, providing updates and addressing concerns
Oversee project performance, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality standards are met
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, contractors and vendors
Identify project risks and work on mitigation strategies
Prepare and present reports on project status, issues and solutions to project leads, management, and clients
Ensure all work adheres to regulatory and safety standards
Create scope of work details and prepare pricing for proposals and change orders
Review control panel calculations, drawings, I/O list, Submittals and O & M Manuals and provide feedback to I & C Designers
Review PLC wiring diagrams including motor control circuits
Provide support to on-site technicians and programmers
