Job Description
  • Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors to execute project plans
  • Lead on-site construction activities and manage schedules, permitting, and inspections
  • Maintain quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction at all stages
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, change orders, and reporting documentation
  • Drive clear communication across internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a strong portfolio in high-end restaurant or hospitality construction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and deliver luxury finishes under tight deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and construction methods in South Florida
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
