Job Description - Manage full project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors to execute project plans
- Lead on-site construction activities and manage schedules, permitting, and inspections
- Maintain quality control, safety compliance, and client satisfaction at all stages
- Prepare and manage project budgets, change orders, and reporting documentation
- Drive clear communication across internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a strong portfolio in high-end restaurant or hospitality construction
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and deliver luxury finishes under tight deadlines
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and construction methods in South Florida
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
