Description

Project Manager - High End Residential - Maine - Responsibilities


  • Lead custom residential construction projects ranging from $1.2M to $7M

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships

  • Work closely with in-house teams and top-tier craftsmen

  • Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations

  • Handle contract negotiations and procurement

  • Utilize BuilderTrend and construction scheduling tools to track progress


Profile

Project Manager - High End Residential - Maine - Will have


  • 5+ years of project management experience in high-end residential construction

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes

  • Experience using BuilderTrend, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools

  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage demanding clients, and deliver on tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills


Job Offer

Project Manager - High End Residential - Maine - Will receive


  • Base Salary: Up to $100,000

  • Bonuses:

    • Year-End Bonus: 1% of annual salary

    • Discretionary bonuses for successful project completion
