Project Manager - High End Residential - Maine - Responsibilities
Lead custom residential construction projects ranging from $1.2M to $7M
Manage project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships
Work closely with in-house teams and top-tier craftsmen
Ensure projects meet the highest quality standards and exceed client expectations
Handle contract negotiations and procurement
Utilize BuilderTrend and construction scheduling tools to track progress
Profile
Project Manager - High End Residential - Maine - Will have
5+ years of project management experience in high-end residential construction
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes
Experience using BuilderTrend, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools
Proven ability to lead teams, manage demanding clients, and deliver on tight deadlines
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
