The Project Manager - Healthcare Renovations - Winchester, VA will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from initiation to closeout
- Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules and budgets
- Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Enforcing safety and quality standards on site
- Ensuring project compliance with contracts, codes, and regulations
- Driving project progress and resolving on-site issues proactively
- Leading project teams and promoting collaboration across disciplines
Profile
The Project Manager - Healthcare Renovations - Winchester, VA will have:
- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
