Exciting opportunity to join a growing General Contractor to help with projects across Healthcare, SCIF and Corporate Interiors.

Client Details

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. Join a well-known, Annapolis-based General Contractor, known for delivering the best-in-class services across multiple sectors. Our client is dedicated to expanding their talented team and are hiring this role due to growth. Work is made up of 40% healthcare, 40% SCIF, 20% corporate interiors.

Description

  • Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients regularly.
  • Create and manage project schedules and budgets.
  • Oversee all stages of project management from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile


  • Over 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare construction projects or significant MEP expertise is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently and meet stringent deadlines.

Job Offer

  • Base salary up to $110,000
  • Annual bonus (discretionary)
  • Car allowance - negotiable depending on the candidate
  • 2 weeks PTO + sick days (17 days total)
