Description
- Project Oversight: Manage federal renovation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with all regulations.
- Collaboration: Report directly to the Project Executive and COO, working closely with team members to drive project success.
- Budget Management: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, utilizing Procore for tracking and documentation.
- Team Development: Foster a collaborative environment, open to training candidates with strong potential but less direct federal experience.
Profile
- Experience: 3-5 years as a Project Manager with federal project experience, ideally in renovation work, though other backgrounds will be considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Procore and Microsoft Office, with OSHA 30 certification; EM385 clearance is preferred.
- Problem Solver: Demonstrates a forward-thinking approach, capable of navigating unique challenges in the federal sector.
