What You'll Be Doing:
As the Project Manager/Estimator, you'll play a critical role in managing projects from initial bid to final installation. Responsibilities include:
Identifying and pursuing job opportunities
Estimating costs and preparing detailed quotes
Ordering materials and tracking delivery timelines
Coordinating with internal teams for fabrication and installation
Maintaining open communication with both clients and crew
Monitoring project progress, deadlines, and budgets
Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to stay organized and efficient
What We're Looking For:
2-3 years of experience in estimating and project management, ideally in welding, fabrication, or construction
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
A proactive, self-motivated approach to managing multiple projects
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work alongside the team when needed
