Description

Project Manager - Electrical Projects - Norfolk, MA $140k - Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage multiple active electrical projects (typically 6-7 per week), ranging from $10K to $1.2M.

  • Supervise and support a seasoned team of 12 field electricians.

  • Coordinate with general contractors and project stakeholders to ensure timelines, specs, and quality standards are met.

  • Attend site meetings and inspections as needed; a Journeyman license is required to act as the electrician of record.

  • Oversee the efforts of an Assistant Project Manager (APM) and Project Coordinator (PC).

  • Contribute to projects that include sports lighting systems, medium voltage, and renewable energy infrastructure.


Profile

Project Manager - Electrical Projects - Norfolk, MA $140k - Will have


  • Journeyman Electrician license (must-have)

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical work, with some exposure to commercial or industrial project settings

  • Strong interest in stepping into or growing within a project management role

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently manage subcontractors, vendors, and GCs

  • Organized, proactive, and able to handle a fast-paced project load


Job Offer

Project Manager - Electrical Projects - Norfolk, MA $140k - Will receive


  • Base salary around $115,000 + Bonus potential

  • Total comp $130K-$140K (including bonus, benefits, and vehicle package)
