We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Project Manager/Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This exciting role involves managing a diverse range of construction projects with a particular emphasis on electrical engineering aspects. The successful candidate will oversee all stages of project life cycles, from initial planning and design to final implementation and handover. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
2. Lead and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives and ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
3. Develop comprehensive project plans detailing project schedules, resource allocation, cost estimates, risk management plans, and communication plans.
4. Review and approve electrical design plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to define project requirements and expectations.
6. Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project completion.
7. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
8. Resolve project issues and conflicts, and escalate to senior management when necessary.
9. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
10. Continuously improve project management processes and practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and electrical engineering in the construction industry.
3. Professional Engineer (PE) license or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
4. Strong knowledge of construction processes, electrical systems, and industry regulations.
5. Proficiency in project management software and electrical design software.
6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Solid understanding of financial management principles and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
