Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of launching digital products in fast-paced environments? Do you thrive at the intersection of innovation, advertising, and healthcare? We're looking for a contract Project Manager to lead the rollout of new digital features-including digital billboards, digital ad placements, and more-for a growing portfolio of clients.
This is a contract role with the potential to convert to full-time. You'll work cross-functionally with client stakeholders, creatives, developers, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of each launch.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for digital advertising and product launch initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and communication frameworks to ensure cross-team alignment
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners related to digital billboards, ad tech, and media placements
- Partner with creative and technical teams to bring concepts to life, on time and on budget
- Identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues when needed to keep launches on track
- Report on KPIs and ensure projects deliver against business goals
Ideal Background:
- Project management experience in digital media or product launches
- Prior experience launching digital advertising products such as digital billboards, display ads, or DOOH (digital out-of-home) media
- Strong understanding of the healthcare space (agency or in-house experience strongly preferred)
- Consulting background with firms like Deloitte, Accenture, or similar highly desirable
- Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or
