They are seeking a project manager that values collaboration with an in-house architecture team and can be the go-to person for their roster of repeat clients. Description

  • Manage and oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously, from project planning to closeout, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Develop project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work, ensuring that all project deliverables are met
  • Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for new projects based on project specifications, construction plans, and other relevant information
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure that all work is completed safely and to the highest standards of quality
  • Identify and manage project risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project success
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage project budgets, costs, and billing, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and accounted for accurately
