Overseeing the full project lifecycle of the data labeling platform, from conception to deployment.
Coordinating with internal teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to meet project goals.
Managing subcontractors and third-party vendors, ensuring that all deliverables are on time and meet requirements.
Maintaining communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
Identifying project risks and develop mitigation strategies
