App Tech is currently seeking a Customer Implementation Project Manager to work in the Norwalk, CT location, this is a hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities:
The Customer Implementation Project Manager plays a key role in ensuring new and existing APP Tech customers receive excellent support and guidance during the rollout of their software implementations. The Customer Implementation Manager acts as a project manager and is the primary point of contact for customers after a sale has closed.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed project plans, including deliverables and timelines.
- Working with the sales and technical teams before and after deals close to make sure APP Tech delivers on the commitments made to the customer.
- Managing client expectations through periodic implementation meetings.
- Identifying obstacles to customer success and engaging relevant APP Tech team members to address.
- Hands-on work with customer data, including data conversions, system configuration, and translating business requirements into functional workflows within APP Tech's software.
- End-user training.
- Design and configuration of Back End processes to facilitate customer data and API integrations.
- Expect a diverse range of tasks. Creativity, collaboration, and innovation are encouraged.
Skills and experience
- Project management experience or project management certification (eg PMP). Enthusiasm, excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to adhere to deadlines and operate independently.
- Technical knowledge of software systems, SQL databases, and Scripting required. Skills in PowerShell or other Scripting languages. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Wrike, etc. a plus. Prior experience with Microsoft Azure a plus.
