About the Project:
We are developing a new gas station and drive-through convenience store in Yuma, AZ. This project is in the early stages, and we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee all aspects from pre-construction through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities.
Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and local authorities.
Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Obtain and manage permits and inspections in coordination with city and county regulations.
Coordinate site work including grading, utilities, foundations, tank installation, canopy, and building construction.
Regularly report progress to ownership and flag any issues proactively.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction project management (gas station or retail/hospitality preferred).
Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and regulations in Arizona.
Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with permitting processes in Yuma is a plus.
OSHA certification or safety training is a strong asset.
