Job Title: Project Manager
Location: North East, England
Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager you will need:

  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of all projects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocations.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  • Administer contracts effectively, managing variations and claims to optimize project outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience in project management within the construction or civil engineering sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
