Key Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager you will need:
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of all projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
- Administer contracts effectively, managing variations and claims to optimize project outcomes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management within the construction or civil engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
