Oversee all aspects of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) firms project activity from Preconstruction to Commissioning. (2) Assist in negotiations of key agreements. (3) Prepare and manage lifecycle of project schedule for Solar and Energy Storage projects. (4) Support community and off-taker relationships throughout construction process. (5) Prepare baseline schedules and other contractual documents for approval by project teams. (6) Generate performance reports and customized status reports, identifying and reconciling discrepancies between project schedule and baseline schedule. (7) Develop, monitor, and update integrated project plans and schedules for projects to be executed in efficient manner.(8) Assess impacts and risks to critical path and near-critical activities, develop mitigation plans and report to project team. (9) Monitor schedule deviations, variances, and assist in developing of alternative methods for corrective action. (10) Confer with Development Project Managers, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout project lifecycle. 11) Manage internal relationships with legal, finance, development, engineering, and asset management. (12) Liaise with third party onsite OE/CM (Owners Engineer/Construction Management) firm(s). (13) May Telecommute from any location within U.S. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, mathematics, business or a related field. Must have 5 years experience in job offered or as an EPC Manager, Lead Project Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or any combination thereof. 5 years experience in job offered or as an EPC Manager, Lead Project Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or any combination thereof. Must have 5 years experience (can be gained concurrently with experience above) in the following: Design and construction of photovoltaic (PV) projects with capacities of 50 MW or greater. Must have 3 years experience (can be gained concurrently with experience above) in the following: Battery energy storage system (BESS) projects with capacities of 50 MW or greater, including involvement in substation design and construction. Developing capital expenditure (CapEx) budgets. Managing change orders including evaluating costs of design changes. Microsoft Office applications. Managing project schedules and resources using MS Project. Collaborating on at least 4 major projects through Microsoft Teams. Managing project documentation and collaboration through SharePoint. Must have 2 years experience (can be gained concurrently with experience above) in the following: Mentoring and training junior team members.
