Project Manager Heritage Conservation Are you a skilled
Project Manager with a passion for heritage, conservation or construction? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site role where no two projects are the same? We are looking for experienced individuals to manage a range of exciting conservation and restoration projects across the UK.
This role is based in Buckinghamshire, supporting teams working on architectural, stone masonry, plasterwork, and decorative arts projects ranging from historic churches and castles to listed buildings and public monuments. Project values range from £25,000 to £1 million.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of conservation projects from start to finish
- Provide leadership and support to project teams across multiple sites
- Deliver works on time, within budget and to exceptional quality standards
- Maintain consistent client communication and manage expectations
- Produce and oversee detailed reports, surveys and project documentation
- Support estimating, procurement and commercial contract management
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance on all sites
- Represent the business with professionalism and contribute to quality assurance
What We re Looking For: - Proven experience in project management within heritage, conservation or construction sectors in the UK
- Commercial awareness pricing, estimating and quantity surveying knowledge preferred
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly across office, site and home locations
- Full UK driving licence preferred or working toward qualification

Location: Somerset (Hybrid working: Office, Site & Home)
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum (DOE) + Private Medical, Pension, Training Allowance, and more
Hours: Full-time, 39 hrs/week (Mon Fri, 8am 5pm) Flexible working by agreement
