Description

The key responsibilities of the Project Manager include

  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
  • Manage project budgets and resources efficiently
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Lead project teams through all phases of construction

Profile


The successful candidate will have

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Experience with commercial, multifamily, academic, hotels, historical, religious, and interior projects
  • Proficient in Procore; familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
