Client Details

Full-service Commercial General Contractor, based in the Twin Cities, is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.

Specializing in both Public & Private projects - including Higher Education, Healthcare, Fitness, Banking, Corporate, Civic, Aviation, Historic preservation, Affordable Housing, and MBTA projects - $3M-$40M

Description

Location: Twin Cities

Hybrid Schedule: Mix of office, work-from-home, and project site

  • Leading key projects from start to finish
  • Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
  • Overseeing all submittals, RFIs, and change orders
  • Leading key projects from start to finish
  • Completing projects on time and within/under budget
  • Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
  • Positive client feedback/satisfaction

Profile

The ideal Project Manager will have:

  • 7-10 years of project management experience at a General Contractor
  • Previous experience handling project financials
  • Federal/Government, Commercial, Healthcare, Education project experience
  • Strong & polished written and verbal communication skills

Job Offer

Upon offer, the Project Manager will receive:
