Project Manager - Civil Construction
Location: Castle Rock, CO (Office-Based with Occasional Jobsite Visits)

What You'll Do
- Own full-cycle project oversight-planning, budgeting, execution, and close-out.
- Lead and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships.
- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery and budget compliance.
- Track costs, change orders, RFIs, and permits with accuracy and accountability.
- Monitor field work and resolve issues around quality, performance, and safety.
- Conduct weekly progress meetings and provide key project updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and well-organized.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in civil or heavy highway construction (5+ years preferred).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and HCSS software.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and teams.
- Knowledge of construction methods, site practices, safety standards, and cost controls.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Work Environment
- Based out of our Castle Rock, CO office with occasional travel to jobsites.
- Office and field environments with changing weather conditions on-site.
