Requirements:
  • Knowledge of SAP Supply Chain and Quality Processes
  • SAP Experience is a Must (3 years minimum)
  • Must have IT SDLC Project Management experience (especially with exposure to SAP project management)
  • Self-Starter
  • Data Management Support knowledge is a must
  • Knowledge of Life Sciences is a plus
  • Business Analyst background is a plus
  • Expert in Microsoft Project
  • Expert in PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with MS Teams and SharePoint sites
  • GxP validation
  • Application interface (especially with SAP and Quality Management System)
Project/Domain Overview:

Our client is implementing the CMO Direct Connectivity effort.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
  • Build a Microsoft Project Plan with clear WBS, task details, duration estimates, resource plans, and dependencies
  • Track and manage the project schedule
  • Support overall PM in workstream-level status tracking and reporting
  • Manage project plans using Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
  • Track and manage RAID Log
  • Collaborate on BRD with business owners, SMEs from various functions such as Global Quality, Quality Compliance, Supply Chain, etc.
  • Work with IT vendor lead to translate BRD into URS, FRS, and Technical Specs and obtain design
  • Support functional leads in validation testing documentation, system validation plan, UAT plan, etc.
Job Description:
  • Lead project team(s) to execute assigned projects supporting the Digital Capability (DC) objectives of their Business Unit group/function, delivering value incrementally and efficiently.
  • Oversee planning and execution of small to medium-sized projects in their Business Unit's DC group/functional portfolio, ensuring intended outcomes are delivered while allowing for evolving ideas and discovery of new requirements to maximize ROI.
  • Identify dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to appropriate management levels and stakeholders.
  • Ensure project deliverables, schedules, and financials adhere to established norms and align with departmental best practices.
  • Periodically evaluate performance and develop action plans to ensure achievement of performance goals.
  • Monitor and control schedule and financial health of assigned projects, providing actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Proactively remove obstacles to drive project momentum and progress, engaging and energizing project teams.
  • Plan and engage necessary resources across the enterprise to ensure successful project completion.
  • Manage one to two vendors providing services to the project(s), ensuring they meet execution milestones and stay within funding estimates.
  • Prepare all project status reports and documentation to keep sponsors informed of progress and potential risks/roadblocks.
  • Actively engage stakeholders of problem projects to assist with identifying corrective actions.
  • Co-lead setup of project management and governance structures in collaboration with IT Business Partner(s) and Digital Capability Managers (DCMs).
  • Advise and consistently apply Project Management best practices (including Agile, SDLC, and PMF) and tools. Continuously improve adoption and maturity of best practices across IT.
  • Provide support to IT BPs and DCMs in management of project financials, vendor management, and procurement.
  • Collaborate with ITBPs, DCMs, and Portfolio Managers on business case development for DC investments, translating PM experience and insights into improved estimates and outcomes.
