A leading investment bank in NYC is looking for a Project Manager/ Business Analyst to support key operations across their data processes. This long-standing banking institution has been able to continuously scale their footprint as well as expand their IT/ operational function in a modern environment.
This role is hybrid, requiring 4 days in person to the NYC office. No sponsorship opportunities are available at this time.
Responsibilities
- Drive the rollout of new systems and workflows by partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the accuracy and reliability of data by applying quality control methods and standardized data governance practices.
- Deliver hands-on training for newly introduced tools and procedures.
- Support change management efforts and identify key areas for operational improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, IT
- 4+ years experience with core PM/BA responsibilities in the SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodology.
- Strong foundational data and business analytics for financial service institutions
